Are you ready to drive hands-on SaaS sales and shape modern, AI-supported sales execution across Europe?



Groundhawk is looking for a Solution Sales Manager to strengthen our direct and partner-driven sales execution across Europe. In this role, you’ll work hands-on with customers and partners — running demos, driving sales opportunities, owning RFQs, and helping scale a modern, AI-supported SaaS sales model. 

 

This role combines real customer interaction, deal ownership and sales development. You won’t just follow an existing playbook — you’ll help build and evolve how Groundhawk sells.

3D scanning and AI-driven reality capture are growing fast in the mapping and documentation of underground fiber and electricity networks. As infrastructure projects scale across Europe, accurate and verifiable underground data has become essential. 

Groundhawk is at the forefront of this shift, providing a SaaS solution that delivers precise, trusted underground data for infrastructure owners, contractors, and utilities across Europe. 

To support our growing direct and partner-driven sales, we are now strengthening our commercial team. 

 

YOUR MISSION

 

Your mission is to make Groundhawk’s sales more effective, scalable, and modern by: 

  • Actively engaging with customers and partners 

  • Driving sales opportunities from demo to deal 
  • Owning RFQs and tender processes 
  • Building AI-supported inbound and outbound sales together with marketing 

 

You play a key role in turning market interest into real, repeatable revenue. 

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO


  • Run customer meetings and product demos and drive your own sales opportunities 

  • Support and enable local sales partners and joint customer activities 
  • Develop sales materials and positioning together with marketing 
  • Own RFQ and tender processes end to end 
  • Build and use AI agent–based inbound and outbound sales processes 
  • Help structure and scale Groundhawk’s SaaS sales model 
  • Participate in key customer and industry meetings; some travel is required 

 

WE WOULD BE A GREAT MATCH IF YOU HAVE:

 

  • Experience in B2B SaaS or technical solution sales with strong customer-facing skills 

  • Ability to clearly communicate technical value to business and operational decision-makers 
  • Experience working with partners, resellers or system integrators 
  • Familiarity with RFQ / tender processes (strong advantage) 
  • Interest in applying AI tools and agents in sales work 
  • A structured, proactive approach and comfort managing multiple parallel deals 
  • Fluency in English; German is a strong plus 
  • Finnish, Swedish and other European languages are also valued

LOCATION

 

Preferably Espoo, Finland, with hybrid work. 
Some travel within Europe is expected.
