Senior Advisor, Energy Industry

Do you enjoy driving the energy sector transformation with leading data professionals? We’re looking for a Senior Advisor to join Advian’s team, focusing on impactful projects in the energy industry.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR     

We are looking for an energy sector expert who understands the business and operational challenges of electricity distribution and can act as a link between clients and our data specialists. In this role, you’ll support both sales and project delivery — identifying real-world needs, shaping solutions, and leading projects as a domain expert. You’re confident working with stakeholders at all levels, from operations to management, and skilled at turning complex challenges into clear direction. If you're curious, structured, and passionate about using data to make a real impact in the energy sector, we'd like to hear from you. 

Long story short   

• Permanent & full-time employment    

• Location: Helsinki metropolitan area or willingness to travel     

We would fit each other perfectly if you have:  

• Strong understanding of electricity distribution companies’ business models and operational challenges, regulation, and the key players in the industry 

• Proactive and customer-oriented approach to your work  
• Project management experience  
• Understanding of data and analytics concepts 
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills in both Finnish and English

It is considered a plus if you are:  

• Consultancy background  

• Understanding of the possibilities of AI/ML technology in energy sector
