Groundhawk is looking for a Customer Support Agent with Quality Assurance to support our Finnish and international customers. In this role, you will help customers succeed with Groundhawk’s solution while also supporting quality assurance in our customer projects.
You will work closely with our customers as well as with the project and product teams to ensure smooth operations and high-quality deliveries.
This is a permanent full-time position.
