Are you ready to build and scale a European partner channel for a fast-growing infrastructure tech company?
Groundhawk is looking for a Channel Sales Manager / Director to build and grow our European partner ecosystem. In this role, you will create the channel model, recruit and enable the right partners, and turn the partner network into a major revenue driver across Europe.
This is a true builder role. You will define how the channel works, sign the right partners, and make them perform — with a high level of ownership and autonomy.

3D scanning and AI-driven reality capture are transforming how underground infrastructure is mapped, documented, and trusted. As fiber and electricity networks expand rapidly across Europe, accurate underground data is no longer a “nice to have” — it’s critical.
Groundhawk is at the forefront of this shift. Our solution delivers precise, verifiable underground data for infrastructure owners, contractors, and utilities — helping them build faster, safer, and smarter.
To scale this across Europe, we are now building a structured partner sales channel.
YOUR MISSION
Your mission is to build and scale Groundhawk’s channel sales in Europe by:
Recruiting the right partners
Enabling them to successfully sell the Groundhawk solution
Turning the partner ecosystem into a repeatable, predictable revenue engine
You will own the channel end-to-end.
